Prospectus
Refresher Course in Cyber Laws For Professionals (RCL) from Cyber
Law College is
a Course meant to provide an in-depth understanding of ITA 2008 effective
from October 27, 2009 as the Cyber Laws applicable in India.
Who should take this Course?
This course is meant for all those students who
have undergone online Certificate or Diploma course with Cyber Law College other
than those who have undergone CCLN courses.
Before taking up the course, students are requested to study
the Course contents and decide their own requirement and capability for timely
completion of the course.

How the Course is Conducted:
-The Course will consist of lessons on various topics relevant to
Cyber Laws delivered through e-mail. Back up copy will also be provided in
print.
-The Course is normally
expected to be completed in 2 months.
-Students will be admitted in weekly batches.
-Interaction will be provided basically through online Chat sessions.
-Copies of the answers and the comments would be returned to
the students through e-mail.
-Individual queries would be addressed through e-mail and a private
Chat with Naavi.

Course Material:
During the course, lessons will be sent by e-mail. One
back up copy of all lessons will be sent in Print Form.
Admission Procedure:
At the time of registration, prospective students have to
make the payment of the Course fee along with the full particulars of the
Student such as his/her Name, Address, Qualification etc. For detailed procedure

Evaluation Criteria:
Evaluation would be based on answers to assignments at the end of the lessons,
tests and the final examination..

Students from outside India will have to bear an
additional the Postage/Courier charge for receiving
Certificates and course material in print. Students who register
as "External Students" for any of the offline courses conducted by
Cyber Law College along with other institutions will pay the
examination fee separately to the respective institution.
